Thursday but No Tales

Hi all,

First of all, a big thanks to all those who have supported our charity anthology that was out yesterday. We’ve really appreciated all the shares and things (and please do keep it up!). Well, you were going to get a new free read installment today, but literally mid-post last night my laptop died on me and sadly it looks like a very poorly baby that needs a full reinstall *sobs* Thankfully I had most things backed up, so it could have been worse – but not hugely helpful on the writing productivity scale.

I do have good news though for those of you wanting the next part of my free read prequel for Love Reawakened. It is now fully finished and edited, it even has it’s own shiny cover, so is just getting checked now by an impartial eye and then hopefully it will be going up for download very, very soon. I know, it’s taken way longer than I was expecting, but those characters did not want to shut up! Hopefully you’ll enjoy a chance to go back to the beginning with Garret and Emma (I know I did) 🙂

Don’t forget, you can get the main book of Love Reawakened now:

Cemetery in a foggy full moon nightBlurb

For Emma Strachan, raising zombies is all in a day’s work. A girl has to pay the bills somehow! But when what should be a simple raising goes horribly wrong, Emma is forced to ask for help from the one man she swore never to see again.

Garret is used to being a loner, as a necromancer he works best that way and frankly, with the dangers he faces every day, it’s easier not to have to look out for anyone else. When Emma shows up on his doorstep desperate for help, he vows to ignore the raging attraction between them – after all a pretty, fun-loving witch has no place in his world.

Can Emma and Garret put aside old resentments in order to try and defeat a zombie unlike anything they have seen before? When the dust settles, can they count on any future between them?
